There's nothing new here to do if you are used to doing conversions.

1. Make a temporary folder to use to hold your contents. I would suggest naming it M_CLUB2.

2. Extract all of the contents of CD 1 into the directory.

3. Extract the contents of CD 2 into the directory NOT OVERWRITING any files.

4. Burn the files with the label you made.
