There are two solutions for you to solve the problem:
1. Buy a new harddisc.
2. Delete some files/game from your harddisc to make space for BF2SF.

Look at the settings of your recycle bin.
The recycle bin reserved some free space of your harddisc.

If I am not mistaken BF2 requires about 2.5gb HDD space when patching the game. Read about some people having that problem when having about 3gb free space. So remove something, like a game or whatever, and try again.
