On these patches??

Has anyone actually had succes with these?? I dont know why but for some reason its seems like there not working for me. Everything seems to go fine and then when I load the cd-r in my playstation it dont work. I'm just wondering because I really dont wanna install a mod chip in my ps1 and damage it. I would get the modhunter but my ps-1 doesnt have the parallel port. Its either install a mod chip or get a boot disc. Anyone ever have succes with those bootdiscs?? I just wanna know what my best option would be.

:( The best solution is a modchip. Look around for a PSX-Change boot disc. I think there about 20 bucks.

Yeah

Hey warlock you ever try these ones right here http://www.console.com/product_info....f6398d2defdc5e. The game hunter one. You can basically stick that in your parallel port of your playstation and it should work. I was just wondering if anybody ever tried these with success??

DrEaMpLaY 11-01-2006 07:36

Yep. I tried this with full success but you need to put first orginal game (can be z demo disc) and swap to backup cd when the first cd will stop. Then only start butn and game will start but if you have other (pal on ntsc and ntsc on pal) system you will get probs.

The game hunter is nice; you can put action replay game codes in them, including anti-mod disabling codes. That way you don't have to patch your games, some even let you play the media files off the game disc, depending on the movie and sound file types

No, I cant say that i have tried this particular plugmod. The PSX is so easy to mod i never fooled around with to many of the Plug mods. Most of them I tried were crap anyway :)
