i've used a cmedia 8738 soundboard(not onboard but pci). first i thought there was some issue on winmedia9 cause it won't install correctly, but after i reinstall windows it still happens. the game crashes just after the tutorial bubbles shows up. any clue why??

Try this.

START > run > type in dxdiag and press enter.

wait till the bar at bottom of dxdiag window finishes, goto sound tab at the top, find the accelerartion bar and move it from full to basic or none.

@arxdj & leep2000:
You get the same "phenomenon" when you use your original cd/dvd without crack?
