1. Create a "temp" folder.
2. Copy all the contents of Disc 1, Disc 2, Disc 3 and Disc 4 into the "temp" folder.
3. Start up your burning software.
4. Copy all the files in the "temp" folder to the root folder of your DVD and start burning.

Thanks...but for the us DVD version ?

@Gorhex: Why you need a CD2DVD conversion when you already have a DVD-Version ????????????????????????????????????????????
