Create a Temp Directory on your hardrive.
Copy all the contents of CD 1 to the Temp Directory
Copy all the contents of CD 2 to the Temp Directory. (Do NOT overwrite any files!)

Now there are two files: ‘common_filelist.txt’ and ‘en-us_filelist.txt’
Open these 2 files with Notepad and change all the number 2’s to 1’s
(BUT ONLY CHANGE the first number 2 in each line!)

Open autorun.cfg in the AutoRun folder, scroll to the bottom and change StartupCD=02 to StartupCD=01.

The Game will start after the installation, so you need to rename the original SPEED.EXE to SPEED.EXE.ORG and then put the ‘Cracked’ SPEED.EXE in the exact same place where the original exe is. So then the ‘Cracked.exe’will be installed instead.
(Note: Use the Cracked v1.1 (1.1001.0) exe instead of the v1.0)

Burn the contents of the Temp folder to a DVD using the Label: NFSUDISK1

NOTE: Remember to choose a ‘Full Install’ when installing.
