NOTE: This will also work for Simcity 4 Deluxe.

Copy the contents of CD1 to a dir. Copy the contents of CD2 excluding the Autorun dir and the autorun.inf to the same dir.

Edit the en-us_filelist.txt with notepad:

**ORIGINAL**

2,1,Graphics Rules.sgr
2,1,Video Cards.sgr
2,1,SimCity_1.dat
2,1,SimCity_2.dat
2,1,SimCity_3.dat
2,1,SimCity_4.dat
2,1,SimCity_5.dat

**MODIFIED**

1,1,Graphics Rules.sgr
1,1,Video Cards.sgr
1,1,SimCity_1.dat
1,1,SimCity_2.dat
1,1,SimCity_3.dat
1,1,SimCity_4.dat
1,1,SimCity_5.dat

Swap the SimCity 4.exe in the Apps dir for NoCD crack if you wish making sure you keep a copy of the original. I usually create a dir called ORIG on the DVD.

Burn or make an image calling the disc SIMCITY4.
