1) Copy all the contents of CD1, CD2 and CD3 into a directory. Make sure NOT to overwrite files from CD1 with files from CD2 or CD3.

2) Burn the files to a DVD-R or create an image and name it "INSTALL_DISC"

3) (Optional) Use the i6comp utility to swap the original exe with a cracked exe.

EDIT: I edited this Conversion-Tutorial, because it's needed to have the cd named "INSTALL_DISC". (Thanx for the hint Sidney)
