1) Copy all the contents of CD1, CD2, CD3 and CD4 into a directory.

2) Burn the files to a DVD-R, or create an image, and name it anything you'd like.

3) If you wish to add a crack. Use the i6comp utility to swap it for the original exe in either data1.cab or data2.cab.

I don't really know why I had to write this tutorial as this is pretty straight forward. But here it is anyways.
