Counter-Strike Source Problems

Hi everyone!!
i'm having some problems with css! i instaled the patch 6(CSS_Patch_v6_30-11-05-DZ) and it works well online!
when i want to play css offline, i says 'unable to load authentication library, Exiting...'
i will attach a print scren of the error!
hope u can help me!

How you installed the patch. I was thinking all patches comes via Steam !!!???!!!
