no cd help
 

Hello,
i have a question about the whole thing of a no cd crack, my question is
if you place a no cd crack on a game, wil that change the game performance? (like you cant do things because you dont play with the cd).
what happenend when you place a no cd crack,? why do you otherwise have to play with the cd?

Simple, you dont get prompted to put it a cd for the game, or you dont get prompted to put in a CD key

And most of the time it doesnt affect your gameplay... Unless the guys who made the crack dont know how to fix the Safedisc nanomites or redirected imports. If that happends, it crashes.

I think they go faster with cracks actually because it removes some crappy parts of the protection (extra safedisc thread... starforce runtime decryption...)

But not noticabely faster... I think. Im to lazy to benchmark.

This is not true! A NoCD crack does not stop the prompting of the CD Key (Serial). Most times the CD Key is asked for during the install, and most times you dont swap the original exe for the NoCD exe until after the game has been installed. ;)
