[issue] NFS Most Wanted
 

This is the problem, the same happens intwo machines I tested the game:

The backupp image works perfect but the big problem is that I don´t have the MOUSE POINTER to choose customizations like: type of paint or size of wheels.

The Mouse is present during the game like in the MAP, but not in the garage.

How can it be?

Anyways, its not an issue on this forum. We only talk about backups. Take it up with the publishers.

Ok sorry. I thought it was a problem of backing up my game not with the game because works fine.

Had the same problem...
 

I just moved the mouse a second before entering the shop.
Mouse-Button was there than.

At any further shop-session the mouse was working...

Note: The "mouse" is always there, just the arrow is invisible.

Try Alt+Tab and then return to game.

i have a problem with NfSMW

I made a image with alcohol 120, after this i want to start the game with deamon tool 4.0
But the game don´t run! I get a message that i inseart the wrong CD/DVD...
all other games run with alcohol/deamon tools, but NfSMW don´t run.

What is the problem?? Please help

Use one of the various SD4 block hide crap tools.
best for me was the speed loader, a sd4 emulation software hider only for nfsmw

you could also use sd4hide (not my type) or sd4blocker which i noticed had a very short starting time, i recommend sd4blocker

btw: the game does not say emulation program found, it just says dvd not found. i simply fixed it by using one of the tools above.
i first thought the image was crap as it didnt tell me emulation blah, but after some playing around with that tools, i knew what the prob was

Imo, its a bug... i guess we have to wait for a patch...

Btw, i heard it if u disable/off 'overbright'.. u can get back yer mouse pointer...

[solved] maybe a soft problem, but if I select a point whit the mouse in the map and don´t move the arrow outside it I don´t have the arrow available, else the mouse arrow works perfect.

Creating Alcohol Image
 

Hey could anyone plz run me thru a quick process of how to create a NFS: MW back-up image file, after I installed the game it said "please insert correct cd/dvd" after i try using the mounted image of CD1. Tnx

I did see that thread and I wouldnt be asking if I knew how to create an image.
