Can the movie Stealth be backuped?

I've tried DVD shrink, DVD Dycrypter, Clone DVD2 and haven't had any luck backing up my copy of Stealth. Anyone have a fix?

I have been told that a free software called "DVD fab Decrypter" will put it on the HD. Then use other software to shrink. I havent tried this so i am not 100% sure it works. Why dont you try it and post the results.

BTW Just do a search, DVD fab Decrypter is easy to find :)

try anydvd and DVD shrink

Before I read all youre posts. I downloaded a trial version of Any DVD and the latest Clone DVD2 and that worked for backing up Stealth. Seems like I'll have to keep Clone DVD 2 on my system again for that occasional backup that doesn't work with the rest of them. What works with some burning software dosent seem to work with others and vice versa.

Pretty funny, just got a phone call from a friend a couple of days ago with the same problem. Seems to be some new copy protection that's using bad sectors on the disc and bad data in the first few secs of video to screw up the burn. Anydvd with the latest version of clonedvd fixes the problem.

Yes I have never had any problems backing up DVD movies using the latest version of AnyDVD together with CloneDVD2. ;)

I seem to run a greater risk of having a DVD skip or lock up near the end of a movie when using Clone DVD2 so I use it as little as possible but sometimes its the only solution that works for me as refering to the above post. Just had it happen with another movie yesterday and that hasn't happened to me for a very long time when I had CloneDVD2 uninstalled on this system.

@whoeverxxx
Like I have mentioned my backups always work when using the latest AnyDVD with CloneDVD2. But I only use these 2 programs to read the source DVD. I use Nero directly to actually write the backup. I used to have a few problems getting the DVD to write correctly when using CloneDVD to write the disk.
So what I do is, in CloneDVD there is a tick box that you can tick if you dont want the files to be deleted after a successful read. Tick that box and when the reading is finished the DVD tray will pop out and ask for a blank disc. At this point cancel the process. The copied files will stay on the hardrive.
Then open Nero and choose to burn movie files. Direct Nero to the 'TSfolder' of the saved DVD files and use nero to burn the files at 4x.
Doing it this way has 'always' worked without fail. ;)

Thats a great idea. Nero 7 is very stable, too bad you can't shrink a movie with it to make it an all-in-one movie backup program. I've done the shrink part before with other programs, then used Nero to do the actuall burn in the past with superb results but have only been using CloneDVD2 (as of recent) for a couple of days now so that didn't come to mind. I'll definitly use that method, sounds very failsafe to me.

YOu mean you dont copy it with dvd shrink...If you have Nero Express, DVD Shrink will analyze, shrink and then back up he flick...I may have misunderstood...

No, In my opinion it seems to work better by NOT using DVD Shink or Clone DVD2 to do the final burn. I'm beginning to believe that using Nero 7 for the actual burn process is the best way to go. I feel confident enough to backup my movies without even fastforwarding them for testing it to see if they skip or freeze up at some point before I lay the original aside in a safe place and use the backup without a worry that it'll lock up 3/4's of the way into the film. The newest version of Clone DVD2 works the best for shinking the movie to fit onto a DVD-r disc and then use Nero 7 to make the actual backup from your harddrive.
