[daemon 4] problem mounting cd
 

Hey people,

I backed up my game Path of Neo to iso and dvd and tried to mount that iso file
to run the game without protection.

It seems like when I run the game without cd I get the no cd protection
error, more is that I get this error pretty soon.

Can it be that the mounted drive doesn't work? It's like it doesn't see the
virtual cd. When I use the backup cd with also the mounted drive still active
the game is trying to run using the backup cd.... so maybe the mounted drive
doesn't work?

I'm not talking about warez or anything, 'cause i have the original game right in
front of me, and believe me, the game sucks to me.. I'm just trying to make a backup like always..

When you backup your games, .iso files will not wotrk, because they do not contain the protection data needed. You will need to make a .mds/.mfd with Alcohol 120%.

made an mds using alcohol and it works now. thx!
