COD2 Linux private server fix
 

Hi

Since there is no hacked linux file i decided it was time to take some action myself..
I studied the difference in files in cod:uo and applied de differences in a cod2 linux file..and it looks promising
Without the modifications the server posted message :

cod2master.activision.com resolved at xx.xx.xx.xx:20710

With modifications this message is gone..
but i need some testers because my linux box is dead now :mad:
I dont know if im allowed to post the file here, so pm me if you want to test it.

well, the file works, but since there is no one interested, ill leave it at that

send it to gcw, i think there are many linuxers ;)

I don't think, GCW holds any cracks for linux games.
Also this forum is named "PC Games Backups".

Ehm, no it is not for a linux game, it is for a linux gameserver. And yes, GCW has
those files indeed. Look into the files for cod:UO, you will find LINUX PRIVATE server fixes there. This is the same file for COD2...
