A guide to when i am suposed to change the onimuhsa disks

Hello i have just started playing paradoxs 4 cd version and i have a question.
is the a complet guide (paradox=incomplet) to when i am suposed to save and change disk.

ps is the a site where all games "disk" changes are listed.
