installed no cd cracks?
 

Heres my question. If Burnie has installed his games off of his original disc and then applied his nocd cracks, if Burnie wants to uninstall these games do they get deleted or can I put assign them to a folder with the crack still working and reinstall at a later date? :confused:

When you uninstall the game, the cracked exe will also be deleted.
So you have to put a copy of the cracked exe/file in a nother folder on your hd.

not necessarially, in some cases you can replace the executable etc.. with the crack by modifying the cab file etc.. but generally its not a good idea because you then have no original exe which means patches etc probably wont work
but as GLH says its best to just make a crack folder on the cd / dvd and put the crack (and any patches too) in that folder.. makes it nice neat and tidy

Good advice. I'm used to just deleitng them once they're installed but I think a folder is the perfect idea.
