Alcohol 120 1.9.5.3105 & Daemon 3.47
Why is it when I back-up some of my games I get an error message saying something along the lines of 'Please Remove Backup Disk and Insert Original...'
And then when I apply the emulation settings, I get an error message along the lines of 'Securom Has Dectected An Emulation Conflict...' I'm using A-Ray to scan the disks first, and then ripping them at the lowest speeds with Alcohol 120 1.9.5.3105... PLZ HELP  |
SecuROM is detecting that you're trying to run the game from a mounted virtual disk. You need an "anti blacklisting" tool, such as SR7.Stop (for SecuROM only), Virtual CD Hide or Anti-Blaxx. You can find all these tools in CDMediaWorld here:

Thanks champ, but which one is the pick of the bunch?
|
You try them all and make your own decision.

So if these programs 'hide' daemom and alcohol, then how come protection software doesn't just look for these programs aswell?

Your version of alcohol (the newest)
where did you get it? not a 30 day trial then, but the real deal? I got 1.9.5.2802 g |
^^ mininova.com
'SR7.Stop' and 'Virtual CD Hide' actually close after using them, but 'Anti Blaxx' stays opened, so do you need continual updates for 'Anti Blaxx' so the protection software can't tell your running a back-up? |
