is there a way for me to backup cd's these kind of cd's so i can play them on my dreamcast??

First off think before you type, yes you can backup cd's if you explained what "these kinds of cd's" then i might be able to help you out. Yes you can make backups on cd-r of dreamcast games and no you can't stick a regular game in your cd rom and click copy and burn it.

when i say "these games" i meant regular dreamcast games. if i copy a dreamcast cd will it be able to work in my dreamcast????

no you cannot get a regular game cd a regular game cd from the store and pop it in your cd and copy it. You have to download the game or make a special cable that goes from your dc to your pc throught the parrael cable.
