Alcohol + Deamon Tools + AntiBlaxx = Nightmare!

Hi,

I had installed Alcohol 120% together with Deamon-Tools and they worked great together. There were never any Problems or something like that.

But after i installed AntiBlaxx all the Horror started. First Deamon Tools refused to start. Then Alcohol were'nt able to install and launch with an Error-Message that there is a Problem with the "SCSI-Drivers for Drive(s) XY" ...

After a short look into the Explorer i noticed, that i now had 8 (!!!) virtual Drives instead of 2.

So i uninstalled AntiBlaxx and did the same with all of these Virtual Drives. Uninstalled the "virtuall Dirvers" and so on. But nothing seems to help. After i restart the OS, all of the virtual Drives are there again although AntiBlaxx i gone. Since then i'm not able to install Alcohol again ...

Can anybody give a hint how i can solve that Problem 'cause i want my good old Alcohol back :D

Anti-Blaxx is a horrible horrible program that causes nothing but problems, my first idea would be to use system restore to roll back to when you installed it, or have you already tried that?

I don't know what you people are complaining about!

I have been using all three together now for well over if not two years and no problems... it's always amazing how people would rather say something is bad or evil before actually trying to learn or try to make it work, and if they don't know how to use it, they say, this software is crap, it causes only problems... I think the problem lies with the people using the software, think about it.

possibly, though the fact that anti blaxx is coded in vb and not very well coded at that is pretty well known.. there are other (and considerably better) alternatives

I think the problem lies with people shooting their mouths off without really knowing what they are talking about! Think about it!!
Think about it longer than what you did when you wrote your above post! ;)
