Sega Football Manager without the cd (works)
 

theres an easy way:

buy the game

install FM2006 and leave the compatability

install the patch update(not sure if its neccessary)

make sure the image is mounted and all the options are on
(right click > Emulation)

then download this little app

open it and click "restore" and then "hide"

run the game
