change F.E.A.R CD key

i used my friends game (F.E.A.R: First Encounter Assault Recon) to see if it would work on my pc, now i found it does i need to change the CD key to my own.

does anyone know where and how i can change the CD key?

Okay, it may be too late, but there's a file calles "key.ini" containing the key in the FEAR user dir...
