Tiger woods mini image?
Help! I recently purchased tiger woods 2006 golf. I went to game copy world and got what I thought was a nocd crack? On the instructions it says it is a mini image? Could someone pls explain how to use this? It says mount files with daemon or alcohol. There is 3 files in the folder: MDS, MDF, and SUB
|
just mount it on daemon, but it doesent work anyway.
|
huh?
have you tried this yourself glenbo? is there a good nocd out there?
|
i just ripped a whole image of my disc onto my hard drive of disc 3,as far as i know there is no working crack for this game
|
It does work for some people but not for others.
Please dont be so hasty to put down my work glenbo |
lol sorry man but it aint exactly work, its a 30 second job :P
but even so,its chances of working seems to be 1000/1..you being the 1 :P |
Its one of those things...
But a full-image always works.. Cant exactly put that up lol But if someone wanted to 0 out the data so it can compress they are more than welcome :P |
It's, perhaps, just about time that Daemon Tools and/or Alcohol 120% supported "sparse" images: zeroed out blocks are not present in the image, only a marker that tells the length of the empty, (for the copy protection) unimportant area from the original CD/DVD...

You can do zero'd out images also, and they will compress to small sizes also.
Some protections actually check the physical data on tracks to check the length, like SF offcourse, some just find out where is the last piece of data on the disc, and sends back what sector it was to the protection. Now if you use markers (bear in mind you would need to make sure the CDFS table is intact) it wont fool it. |
