Emulators For PSX

Anyone know of any good emulators for the PSX like Mame etc?

The best (only one with quite good speed and compatibility) is IMBNes - NES emulator.

r u want to play PSX games on PC or u want to play games from other consoles on PSX?

To play psx on pc

The program you want is epsxe. You will need to get ahold of a psx bios. I can't tell you where to get it per the forum rules, but I think if you search for it you should be able to find one.
