i want to buy sniper elite,but.
 

i would like to buy sniper elite,but am very cagey because of the starforce protection,as it might mess up my comp,and i dont know if it will.
could anybody tell me if i buy it,would it be the case that it will mess up my comp?
i have winxp pro.

yes, your computer maybe will get a blue screen, count down from 10 to zero and then will blow up and kill you. But maybe it will only read and scratch the cd for about 5 minutes, while you can get a beer or a coffee, and then start the game.

OR: Buy the game, install it, get the crack, overwrite the files, put the cd back into the box and THEN start the game without having installed any starforce ****.

OR better: Dont buy the game and show the publisher that we all hate starforce and wait until a classic version without that nasty protection comes out in a magazine or at low budget.

For this stupid question a stupid answer was a must-have.

listen mate,i suppose you think your answer to my question was pretty funny.
pretty sarcastic in my estimation,if i wanted your sarcasm,i would have asked you for it,but obviously,you think you are above the level of everybody else,and not willing to help people,thats what i thought this forum was all about.
i asked a simple question,next time if you feel the question is below the level of your intelligence,then its better to keep your mouth shut,than show yourself for what you are.

i agree,sarcastic gits in forums just annoy teh hell outta me...i could understand if it was a easy question like 'how do you use a no cd crack?' or something,but he acts like everybody should know this.

Been playing the game for a while now,and have had no probs with it, not even (Shock :eek: Horrier :eek: ) with Starforce, with the game.

BTW.. it's a great game unlike my spelling :p
