Utopia/boot disc questions--HELP!
 

PLEASE answer...

1. Do I need to make the Utopia boot disc self-bootable?

2. Which cd burner program is the best for burning the boot disc?

3. What's better, the Utopia disc or Action Replay? Are these as good as the DC-X or GameShark CDX for playing imports?

4. Can the disc also trick the DC into thinking that a game is VGA compatible (or do I need that thing where it says VGA patch?) If so how do I do put it on the disc?
