Emulation problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with the game "Heroes of the pacific" fo PC.
I used Daemon Tools for virtual drive, but when i tried to start the game i got the following message: "emulator detected. please deactivate virtual drive and emulation software".
I know it's because of the new blacklists protection but i can't overcome the problem. what can i do to make the game work?

Another thing, i'm not using or will use anti-blaxx. you all know that it's a buggy and crappy software that messes the computer. i need a solution to my problem which doesn't includes this software.

Thank you, :)

come on....

Can nobody help me? can no one of you, elite computer people, help me with my seemingly simple problem? i've seen solutions offered for much lesser problems...

Try using Virtual CD Hide. I believe that the latest version is 1.0.0.4

Anakonda 11-10-2005 12:19

is it like anti- blaxx or daemon tools?

because if it messes with the registrty i won't use it.

caki 11-10-2005 12:51

Umm... Daemon tools doesnt **** u your registry dude... And I dunno what Virtual CD Hide does, but I know that it doesnt mess up your computer... Only Antiblaxx does that, but with the newest version Rollback was included, so you can use that even...

Anakonda 11-10-2005 13:24

Thanks, but I tried it and...

And now, when i'm trying to start the game using the virtual cd hide, i get the message: "a required security module cannot be activated. this program cannot be executed"

I guess the game can identify even the Virtual CD Hide...

know what????? :( :( :( :(

Try running the game exe in compatibility mode for Windows 2000. This solved my problem at a friends house.

Finally it worked

Thanks a lot Rendari. :)

If this is SecuROM 7 game try SecuROM 7 Stop 1.0 It works fine for me without setting the compatibility to Windows 2000.

Anakonda 18-10-2005 15:37

SR 7 stop works

I also tried it. it works. and it's the simplest way to make the game run.
Go to gamecopyworld to get it. :)
