okay, i'm new to this and have read most of the guides and I understand how to make an .iso image using alcohol 120 and then mounting the ISO to install and play but I was wondering what is the easiet way to backup a pc game dvd? can i simply just make a .iso image of all three discs (for Doom 3) and then possibly combine all three images into one large ISO and then burn that to a dvd-r and be able to install and play the game from that one large iso? thx

you would be better off using a NoCD crack to play the game! Convert the game to a DVD using these instructions ;)

Of course you won't have any need for a no-cd crack if you upgrade to the latest patch.
The requirement to have the cd in the drive has been removed.
