Yes i will believe what they say about the new Daemon and Starforce when i see it!! Well I wont see it as I wont install a starforce game but I am sure I will hear about it from others! :D

I've been successfully avoiding SF games, that crap is a headache when it screws with Windows.

ME not, i couldnt leave my lovely SC3 when i saw it in shop :D
it looked so sweet... :p I thought i need to adopt it :P
I dont hink i'll do it again, buying SF games.
Buuuuuuuuuuuuut there is Brothers in Arms 2 with SF3, i will definately buy it, or not ???
And GT Legends...ARGH !

I have read the thread, too on the DAEMON Tools' homepage. That really sounds good news! :D
If "DAEMON Tools 4" can really emulate the "StarForce 3"-copy protection, that would be fantastic! Took a long time, but you also have to think about, that this program is FOR FREE! But if it's really that good, as everbody expects it to be, I also would have no problem to pay for this program!

The days of "StarForce 3" are counted!!! :D

P.S. Does anybody know if DT4 will also support the following copy protections:

- SafeDisc (latest versions, especially 3 & 4)
- SecuRom 5 / SecuRom 7
- TAGES

even if the new Daemon does take care of SF3 how long do you think it will take SF4 to rear its ugly head!! :p

Safedisc 3/4 is already supported by Daemon Tools 3.47. just mount it without any emulation options on or burn it with Alcohol or Blindwrite, CCD is ****
Securom 5/7 is very easy if you use Alcohol120 / Blindwrite 5

The current used versions of Safedisc 3/4 is possible. But remember that there are many features not used yet in Safedisc 4. The same applies to SecuROM v7 even if it is not as many.

Tages, for that there is the TetrisEMU if there only was a way to create all the files legally by yourself... :(
