Xecuter 2.1 pro become Xecuter 2.1 lite?
 

First, i read and look all over the net trying to found out how to make my modchip to work. i want to make this simple and i don't want to tell what happen b/c it's long and stupid.

1. i buy a programmer for X2.
-come with USB
-i buy the female and male cable
2. i have the X2 BIOS manager 2.1
3. i connect to the X2 BIOS manager and my xecuter pro become lite.
4. Please tell me what is going on here? I have flashbios 3.03 and X2 50350.3
5. i run the X2 Bios manager 2.1 and it have 4 bank. 1-2 i import flashbios 3.03 and 3-4 i import X2 50350.3. it's flashing and i verify it. all gone well.
6. i turn on the xbox.. it's flashing red/green light. please help me this one. thanks.

P.S. Sorry if this isn't where i suppose to asked.

I personaly havn't been on "the xbox scene" for that long (maby a year) but my knoledge about modchips gets greater every day. People often learn by do and thats what I do.

Getting back to the subject I've never seen a 2.1, and the first modchip I saw was a 2.3b so I guess you bought it a while back.

Now, really getting back to the subject. Why not try reflashing the chip, or flashing it in some other matter. I know since it is flashbios 3.03 can't you flash it via FTP or something of that nature, Try that. When (and if) you removed the modchip from the xbox to flash it, could you of messed up the d0 or some other solder point because your xbox is fraggin. Check ever connetion, something could have got disconnected. 99.9% of the time, a frag is the result of a bad d0 or a bad solder, not a bad flash. (ok maybe it might be a little less than 99.9 ;) )

And if all else fails (that means you've tried ever single last thing including but not limited to what I just said):
Get a new mod chip. Why not put in the money for a shiny new X3 or X2.6, Sure you might have to take out the old pin header but it'l be worth it. I had a Xenium, I upgraded to a X3, never been happier.

P.S. I'm not trying to advertise the X3 or X2.6 but the person said he had an x2.1 so I'm trying to stick with the same brand name, and as for my choice for going for an x3, my xbox was have some serius problems with my Xenium, got the x3 never worked better. (plus alot more fetures) :D
