Has anyone been able to burn a copy of this game? It won't work with hd loader also.

I'm sure someone will have.

How are you attempting to backup?

I'm having a friend copy for me since I don't have a dvd-r burner. Using ritek g04 dvd-r. I think he's using alcohol 120 or nero. I just get black screen after it flashes the ps2 logo. Using dms3 chip in a v9.
Hd loader works until you load a saved game and then boom everything stops and game crashes. It just acts like it's got some kinda copy protection or something on it. Is this possibly a dual layer game? I don't know what those look like I've never run across one - well not yet.

Sounds like a simple case of a bad burn / image.

Try making a new image with DVD Decrypter and reburning. :)

I made mine with RcordNow DX. The only thing I noticed is that it is little longer loadtimes on the backup than on the original.
But I think it is long loadtimes on both. :rolleyes:
