60Hz to 50 Hz problem
 

I have several NTSC backups which I play on my PAL Dreamcast using a bootdisk. Some of these dont prompt with a choice of 50Hz or 60Hz and instead default to 60Hz. As I dont have a SCART compatible TV I cant play these as the picture flashes. Can someone tell me how to patch my games so they run in 50Hz by default.
