can i play online with a chipped x box
 

i have recently had my xbox chipped and have been told that i cant play copied games online is. is there a chip that will let me do this without i only no that with my chip if i keep the on button pressed in my xbox comes on chipped ,and if i press it once it comes on as normal without the chip function

If the chip is on when the xbox starts, you can never play on xbox live. If the chip is off when you start your xbox, you can online. You cannot play online with backups.
