San Francisco 2049

I'm having troubles burning this.... (Yes, I own the original.)

It came in .CDI format, but my burner isn't supported, so I used CDI2NERO to convert it to an .NRG. After burning, I popped it into my DC.... It hangs at the 'Dreamcast' screen for about 10 seconds, then goes to the PLAY, FILE, MUSIC, etc. screen. In other words, the game doesn't boot. When I choose 'PLAY', it says please insert game image.

I've also tried booting it up using the Utopid Boot CD, but it just freezes. Is anyone else having problems with this? (It's the self-booting ECHELON release, if that matters.)

(I've tested one self-booting game and one non-self-booting game on my DC already, so it's not my DC.)

Edit: The same happens with Ooga Booga aswell.

Edit: Couple things I've noticed: The self-booting game I've already tested that works fine.... 1. When I used CDI2NERO, the first session was the audio session and the second session was the actual game. It's the opposite with 2049 and Ooga. 2. When I burned with Nero, Finalize CD was automatically checked. When I tried burning 2049/Ooga with Nero, it's unchecked and I cannot check it.

Saying "don't worry I own it" doesn't change the forum rules regarding warez talk. But personally I always used cdirip and cdrwin... now I'd keep quit if I were you.

:-\

I've seen plenty of people asking for burning help....

But, thanks for the tip. I'll try that out, and if that doesn't work, I guess I'm outta luck.... :(
