I have a little problem with SCCT
 

Hello! I have SCCT (multi5-eur) iso with exact DPM or RMPS...I have an external USB DVD/ROM, but is a DVD Writer...is Samsung...

I follow the steps in order to play the game, i unplug the ide drives (i have 2 dvd writers more: Nec and Philips), and i only have now USB DRIVe, and mi 2 HDD...

If i follow the steps of gamecopy world, the game doesn't run...and if i put my game (the iso before with exact dpm) the game doesn't run!
The error is the same in 2 cases: Please change DVD to another CDROM...
Inclusive, i burn the miniimage of the gamecopyworld, and SCCT doesn't run!

Anyone knows why? Am I an incorrect way?

an iso with dpm??? how ever did you manage to do it? ... imho another warez talk about SCCT

I have an image made with Alcohol 120 %...I put the original game rented (i rent SCCT in a shop), and with my writer NEC, i marked RPMS SIGNATURE at 1x speed...

Then...Alcohol create 2 files...scct.mds and scct.mdf...and then, i unplug the ide writes, and put my game in USB 2.0 Writer (Samsund DVD Writer), and the result is: PUT YOUR DVD DISC IN ANOTHER DVD DRIVE...

I supose when i'm reading the instructions for play, that i'm in the good way to jump starforce, but i'm in the wrong way...

If you don't have your own copy of the original CD/DVD then, yes, you are breaking the forum rules.

And very illegal by not buying the game to play it.

Why are there such game rent shops ? Who would ever rent a game for a weekend and play through it :confused:

I will buy the original game today...because I can't wait anymore...jejejeje!!! I like this game...and very much!

Well actually I do it all the time! Renting a game before I purchase it saves me a lot of money as I do not waste money purchasing a game I do not like! A rental games gives me a better idea of how the game will play, better than a demo would.
And imagine how horrified I would be if I purchased a Starforce protected game!!! At least by renting it first I can scan for the protection, if it has starforce as the protection then my local game shop will allow me to swap it for another game. I know the owners of the shop very well, and they know how much I dislike starforce so therefore they know the game has not been installed onto my system!
My local game rental shop also allows me to rent a game and then if I decide to buy that same game then they will take what I paid to rent it off the final purchase price! So it is a very safe way to purchase a game.
And for the record, I finished the single player mode of UT2004 in less than 8 hours!! But I still purchased the game the very next day as I still believe it is an awesome game. ;)
And that is why there are rental shops! ;)

Certainly...I bought SCCT this afternoon 49,95 € i payed ...and I follow the steps making my own iso with alcohol...and i have the same problem...but now, i have not problem with my original...the game is the best for me!!!

UT2004 is uf uf uf!!! a cool shoot em up!

But SCCT is better than MGS2...for me!

With my original SCCT i can only play with 1 dvd writer (the philips!!!) it's incredible!!! I have 7 sins...and i can play with the same dvd writer...the usb dvd writer and the nec writer...doesn't run!!!
