boot CD
 

i have a pal DC
i got this WWF royal rumble pirated cd
after inserting and loading the boot cd and that stupid logo comes up, i open the lid and put the WWf cd in but nothin happens...
why does this happen?
is it a PAL/NTSC conflict?
if i install a modchip will PAL/NTSC conflicts go away forvever??
