Latex for Windows
 

I use Windows XP and now I want to start using Latex to create my documents. So, I have downloaded MikTex, but I haven't found good manuals about it. If someone knows MikTex manuals or could give me information about Latex for Windows, please reply to this topic!

Do you think that a good Latex manual could be useful to study the Miktex language too?

Who knows good software (free download from Internet, if possible) to generate EPS files? I need EPS files to include images in Latex documents.
