Dont wanna spam the forum with my prob, if u have answer send it to my email plz, help rely needed.

I patched my 1.0.2 server with the patch from gamecopyworld and after a few hours it started to check CDkey again, i tryed to close 2990 port by Firewall but the problem apears again after 2 hours or so....

I realy wanna run free public server, and i dont know what to do :(

Server running on Windows Server 2003 ..

The only purpose I can see for a 'free public server' is to allow warez to play online. I'd point you to the forum rules, but they're gone.
