Battlefield 2 Fixed .exe 1.01
 

Im having trouble with when i open battlefield 2 it says CD\DVD emulation software has been detected please disable all software and restart the game. WELL....through my efforts i have foudn out what was wrong,that i must uninstall my burning programs :eek: :mad: hmm how bout no.. the only way to get it to work is with a fixed exe for the new battlefield patch 1.01. not a fixed image file used in daemon tools as i have already tried that so could anyone make me and the other people with the same problem which i have already talked to a fixed .EXE or possibly show me how to make one? if some one could that would be SUPER!! i really need help on this :) :cool: thanks

Don't bother with v1.01 as it causes a memory leak. Reinstall and update to v1.02.

My original Battlefield 2 gives me no problems at all with any burning program.
Nero works fine, no trouble with Daemon-Tools as the mini-image works perfect.

Try reinstalling Daemon-Tools but change the busname during the installation. If you're using Alcohol 120% do the same there.
Should solve most problems you have.
