colin 2k5 problems with ultima's crack
 

i recently got myself colin 2005, installed the ultima "patch" and a polish patch. even not installing the polish patch leads to a list of probems. firstly - i get all the tracks/cars look as if i was looking at the mirrored image. everything except directional arrows from the pilot or counters and dials is reverted. everything i mean all the posters or blockades on the roads everything, even the ****pit when driving with an internal camera is on the right side. the car plates are also reverted. yet the controls seem right, i mean steering the car to the left leads to turning to the left, but of course as the arrows work right and other graphic things are not, the arrow says eg the turn to the left whilst the generated map is turning to right.what is more i have no sound of the pilot, all i hear is a little buzz, silent yet possible to hear.
okay i tried different configs, different drivers and nothing helps. my system p4 2.6gigz, 2gB ram, motherboard abit ic7max3, soundcard - audigy (normal not es or ls just a simple first audigy), graph card by hercules on radeon 9800 128mb ram, all the latest drivers and win xp pro with all the updates, directx 9c...
anybody knows how to make the graph work right, i mean to get the arrows directing right way (or lets say it this way - to get it all right), and to get the voice of pilot.

Use your original CD until A) a better crack is released or B) Codemasters understands that Starforce 3 is sh*t and they remove it in a later update themselves. You don't experience these problems with your original CD, do you?

I had the same problem, but i've download "French patch 1.1 ultima" (because i've the french version) and all my problems went gone !!
