Cossacks 2 nocd
 

Hi, anybody know where i can get a Cossacks 2 nocd/nodvd from? Ive been lookn for weeks now with no luck yet. An help greatly appresiated!

use the Patch file from Carbon
Run sfdrvrem.exe but do not reboot yet. don't click anything yet
leave it and go to
sfdrvup.exe run this now, which will give you an error 1072. click ok
put sfdrvpatch.exe in

Windows/System32/Drivers. run click on file .. ok.
Now reboot.
now get Starforce nightmare from http://starf.bestmedia.kiev.ua/.
Run the SFNightmare.exe
disable cd
disable node
if needed disable ch2 (depending on what IDE cable your cd drives are on).)
right vclick on daemon tools
mount image find the CD2.mds file mount it, making sure the CD2.mdf file of the same name is in the same folder!
run game and thats it!

can you redo those steps for me again, this time more in depth?

because i cant get Carbon version to work

If you can't Carbon to work then I suggest to use your original cd. It is less complicated.

Here's my problem:
I follow all the steps but the system of protection says me that the CD doesn't have been authenticated and to re-try to enter again a serial ! :confused:
Ntl, I use the serial and the image C2_DE_CD1 of Niko76 ! I even tried with other serials and that doesn't work ! :(

If you use other StarForce3 games installed on your system, maybe starforce3 drivers are newer than the ones used by Cossacks2.

In order to correctly play Cossakcs2, sfdrv01.sys file located in c:\windows\system32\drivers must be 46080 bytes long, and then patched by the Carbon patching tool, following steps posted above.

Otherwise, USB 2.0 trick method, it's the best choice for me. Any StarForce3 game will run flawlessly (of course with optical ide units disabled).

There's no-CD crack for Cossacks 1.0 but Russian version. Don't know if it's work for English too.

On my PC, sfdrv01.sys made 48 640 bytes by the Carbon patching tool and I followed all the steps but the system of protection does not authenticate it and wants that I enter another serial !
Thus I have only a problem of serial

I tried that one but the game becomes demo! Only 2 campaigns. :mad:

yes, they have just take the files protect and engine of the demo

give me true serials for any image CD because my CD is recognized and the serial is valid but they do not correspond! :(

Do not ask for/give away serials; read forum rule #2!

ok, not serials but why any walk except identification of CD whereas I made each steps! the protection system recognizes my false CD2 (C2_de_CD1 image), the serial is correct but it's not his identifier and thus he tells me retry with another key! :confused:

could you please upload the images CD2.mds CD2.mdf its the only tin that i need to play i do all the other steeps exept the mount the images because i can`t find any (any that really works)
