does it work to make a 100% copy of this game ?

Ive got the original in cds and i want to make a backup so the kids dosent scratch the cds.

You could copy it using Alcohol 120%, using the Safedisc 3 Datatype setting, but you will still need a NoCD exe to play!
Or you can just install the game from the original discs then use a NoCD exe to play! Using a Nocd exe means once the game is installed you wont need to give the kids the discs to play. You can find the NoCD.exe's here. ;)

anyone that knowns what nocd .exe i should use for the swedish version of sims 2 ?

if sweden is in europe(don't remember!!!!! :D )then yes

If its just plain TS2 without the EP, do not use the NOCD. It disables bulid mode (unless they finally fixed that?) The only way to play a fully functioning back up of TS2 is via a clone or mini-image.
