Act of war v1.04

Does anyone know if there is a no-dvd crack for this,
because I don't like putting in my dvd everytime I want to play it.
there is a no-dvd patch for v1.0,
but I need one for patch #2/v1.04

oops, this is what I read whwn in reread the rules.
and I don't think the patch is out for more then 2 weeks

The patch is out at 3dgamers since Apr 13, 2005,more that 2 week as you can see. :)
