Playing PAL (Region 4) DVD Movie on NTSC (region 1) PS2
 

I have a PS2 SCPH 30001 USA NTSC, and I have a PAL (region 4) DVD movie. Is there a way for me to play it on my PS2? I have an Action Replay V2 (NOT MAX), but the DVD player feature of it freezes when I try to play the DVD. Are there any other methods? Codejunkies.com says that their DVD Region X won't play PAL DVDs on NTSC PS2s.
