Another solution how to crack Splinter cell 3
 

1. Install Daemon tools, when installing rename the 2 bus names (you will see when installing) to anything other than the default names. Protections recognise these names.

2. Mount your DPM image on daemon, disable any alcohol drives and close alcohol, then go back to daemon and to the option to mount a drive you will see device parameters, in there change Vendor ID, etc (3 at the top) to anything.

3. Enable all the emulation including RPMS, then close daemon from the taskbar and when asked keep the emulation on. This will close the daemon program but leave the drives with the image mounted.

4. Run starforce nightmare, disable your cd-roms (not virtual drive) and if you have the game installed on a SATA drive disable ATA, if not dont disable ATA. Also disable nodes.

5. Run game, if asked for another drive, open up daemon and make another virtual drive and mount the image on it, and then close daemon again keeping emulation on.

6. This should run the game :D

And there is an other solution i have tested and it works!!! :cool:

Mount up Splinter cell 3 with daemon tools and then go to virtual cd/dvd rom Set device parameters and then u ll se at the upper left corner VENDOR yust rename it into USB 2.0 and also rename the box where it sas REVISION into 3.0.Now unmount splinter cell but dont disable the drive cause you will need it.Also disable cd and nodes with starforce nightmare version:1.12!!!Now the last thing yust mount splinter cell image directly from MY COMPUTER now right click on a drive and select mount image!!
And DONT mount that image on a virtual drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont do this in daemon tools cause it wont work!!


You need a full image of the game!!!

You dont need to insert the dvd you yust need to have a full image of the game!
If you have more than 2 dvd devices you shoud be using only 1 yust disable other devices if you have more!!!YOU NEED TO HAVE 1 OPEN DEVICE IN DAEMON TOOLS AND 1 FROM YOUR COMPUTER !!!
Now you can go and see in DEVICE MANAGER/DVD/CD-ROM drives
and there shoud you see USB 2.0....

And u dont need an USB 2.0

well i tried exactly what he said, but i used the game Trackmania Sunrise, because i thought that SCCT and TMS have the same Starforce version.

it worked until i came to point 5 of his first post when the program says that i have to use another drive.
i don't know what to do. i created another drive, mounted the image and got the response that i have 2 drives with the cd. well i dismounted my first drive but now i get the same error again.
what can i do?

It don´t works for me.....
what image do you mount the full image or a mini image?
It just say please insert disc in another drive.....
but when I do it, its the same.....

what did you try the 1 post or the second post ???Cause in the second post i used the full image!And in first post i dont know cause i yust saw that on some other internet site

i used a full image and tried version 1.
but from my point of view, there is not much difference between version 1 or 2.

This method don't work for me because when i launch the game it says insert the disc in another disc drive.

But i don't understand all you say,because you insert a burned disc in dvd rom drive and also you mont image in daemon tool ?

could you please explain in details because it's not clear
