Bros. in Arms need help
 

After applying the v.1.03 no dvd patch, my game keeps telling me to insert the correct CD. I am wondering if I installed the patch correctly and would like someone to explain simply how to apply it. I'm not certain where the BIA.exe is exactly. I used the nocd for MOH Spearhead and it works great just can't seem to work through this one.
