Driv3r
 

I have purchased driv3r and the game is extremley slow to start. the intro makes it crawl. I have given up waiting for it to load now its taking so long. I have email Atari about it a few days ago, but they have not got back.
Does anybody have an idea of what the problem is or how i can fix it?

Hi! I'm french but haven't found nothing in french about Nocd PAtch for DRIV3R in french and decided to post here a message about it.
So, I 'm trying to copy DRIV3r in order to play on several computers at home and also on laptop.

It seems that the protection is SECUROM 5 or 6. I've used Blindwrite 5 to make a copy but when I start the game, a cursor like a cd symbol spins round until it finds the disk. Then a message appears "Conflict with Disc Emulator SOftware detected. See www.securom.com/emulation for more details.
I have Daemon tools as disc emulator and emulate Securom also, and clonecd.
How can I avoid this problem to start the game? Does I need a nodvd patch?

try updating sound drivers.

If this doesnt work -> set speaker count in your sound driver from surround to stereo (2 speakers)

Read the software license came with the game. You have to buy one game (Driv3r) per computer/laptop.
