Have a question for the pros.
 

Hello,

My brother got me 25 dvd-r disks and he thought I can burn my programs and games on them with my CD-RW (Sony CRX230A), but it turned out he was wrong. But I think i've heard a way of being able to actually burn onto a blanks dvd-r with CD-W's. My questions is... Can this actually be done with some kind of software, patch, or firmware?

I could use all the help and ino I can get please.

Lasers are different, DVD-rw's burn thinner than cd-rw.
