Would like to exchange english audio and video files
 

I have both English and Japanese versions of Tales of Eternia.
What is the best way to rip the english audio (*.xa) and video (*.str) and put in the the audio and video from the Japanese version. I would like to do this to other games with bad english dubbing too.
