Colin 2005 and ultima no cd

Few weeks ago I have install new Colin 2005 with ultima crack and all was fine , working without any problem.
But something happen and my computer crash.
After rebulding I install Colin 2005 again and this time my ultima crack is not working at all.
I don`t know what happen. The different can only be with how I upgrade mu windows Xp profesional. Mybe the upgrades are different since ,or?? I really don`t know.
The different is that when I install that game first time and run it first time it send me to reboot computer and after that everything was easy.
This time there is no rebooting masage. Instead I get massege "Please wait..The protection is being fooled" and after that nothing happend at all.
I just wonder if anyone experience similar.

Sorry for mu english and thankyou for your help.

You can try this :

- with regedit, go there HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Codemasters\Colin McRae 05\Keys and delete the registered key.

- download starforcecleaner (search for sfclean.exe) and delete all starforce drivers.

- launch the game with the ultima crack, it will ask you to reboot, then reboot.

- relaunch the game with the ultima crack, type the key done by the crack.

- if you just have a black screen, you should have to update your copy of nero.

;)

CMR 2005 Fix

Fix for the Protection error:-

1) Edit your Colin McRae Rally 2005 Windows shortcut (found on the desktop and/or the start menu) by right clicking on it and selecting properties.
2) In the target box, add NOVIDEO after the target entry, so the target looks like this

"C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Colin McRae Rally 2005\CMR5.exe" NOVIDEO

3) Click on OK or Apply and now try running the game again.

The NOVIDEO command is not needet with ultima's crack, if you make an update of the starforce drivers

Cool, I will try that,

Mayb that will stop mine from crashing once exiting after doing a repair of the car?

The Satforce driver update, enabled me to remove the NOVIDEO from the shortcut, but mine still crashes in the repair the car screen.
